Hard Flooring

All hard floors cleaned maintained & polished, whether it be Ceramic, wooden, vinyl, brick, laminate, terracotta or a driveway/public external area

Dry soil removal - we will remove any dry soil and dirt before any water-based cleaning takes place.

Protect areas – We’ll ensure that any surrounding areas are protected during our cleaning.

Spray the floor with a cleaning solution – the strength & type of cleaning solution used will be dependant upon the strength & type of floor covering being cleaned. Our training means we’re able to select exactly the right solution to achieve the best results possible.

Brush/agitate the tile/grout – depending on the space available and the strength of the floor covering this may be undertaken by hand or mechanically with a low-speed rotary machine.

High-pressure steam cleaning equipment – This will clean and rinse with water pressures up to 2500psi with a fully enclosed vacuum system, which is exhausted outside to maintain indoor air quality

Dry: After the cleaning process has been completed, we will clean up and turbo dry any areas leaving your tiled areas dry to the touch.

Sealer: We recommend using a sealer on your floor (especially the grout) after it has been cleaned. This extra layer of protection seals the stone and grout, making it resistant to spills and stains and easier to clean in the future - keeping the grout and the surface looking cleaner for longer.
